Orders ship via UPS Ground and/or USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates will vary by order size and weight. Shipping options and rates can be viewed during the checkout process. Orders containing large and/or heavy items may be subject to additional shipping charges. Customers will be notified of any shipping rate adjustments prior to being charged. Shipping is available for domestic US addresses only. We do not offer international shipping.
Please ensure that all shipping information provided at the time of order placement is correct. The "teach me" Store will not be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that was provided to us with your order.
Online orders may be picked up locally at our store in Raleigh, NC. Customers will be notified via email and/or phone when their order is ready for pick up. In most cases there is not a charge for local pick up. Additional charges might apply though should your order require items not commonly kept in stock. Customers will be notified of this prior to being charged.
Damages/Shortages: Items that are received damaged or missing from an order must be reported to store management within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after 48 hours from time delivery might not be honored. If possible, please try to have any damages properly notated with the delivery driver. All claims must be submitted via email to customer service at email@example.com. When submitting a claim please be sure to include your name, order number, description of the damage/shortage, along with any accompanying photo(s) of the product(s). Please allow 1-3 business days for a reply.
