Online Purchases: Unopened merchandise that is returned to the store within 30 days of purchase will be eligible for a refund (less original shipping amount). Online returns received after 30 days from purchase will not be honored. The customer is responsible for all return packaging and shipping costs. Items must be received in excellent condition. Special order items and product quantities may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Books, furniture, carpets, rest mats, microscopes, opened and/or damaged items may not be returned or exchanged. Note: Furniture orders that are shipped directly to the customer from a manufacturer are subject to the manufacturer's individual return policy. In most cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. Please contact the store for information on any manufacturer's return and/or warranty policy.

Damages/Shortages: Items that are received damaged or missing from an order must be reported to store management within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after 48 hours from time delivery might not be honored. If possible, please try to have any damages properly notated with the delivery driver. All claims must be submitted via email to customer service at teachmestore@gmail.com. When submitting a claim please be sure to include your name, order number, description of the damage/shortage, along with any accompanying photo(s) of the product(s). Please allow 1-3 business days for a reply.

Defective Items: Items that are found to be defective can be reported to the store within 30 days from date of purchase. All claims must be submitted via email to customer service at teachmestore@gmail.com for review. When submitting a claim please be sure to include your name, order number, description of the product defect, along with any accompanying photo(s) of the product(s). Please allow 1-3 business days for a reply.
