Shipping & Returns

Shipping: We ship best means via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground to continental US destinations only. Minimum shipping and handling charge is $10.00. For orders over $70.00 shipping is 14% of merchandise amount; orders over $140.00 shipping is 12% of merchandise amount. A $5.00 low order fee may apply to orders less than $15.00 in merchandise. Additional shipping charges may apply to heavy and/or large items, please contact the store with questions and/or to get a shipping quote.

Returns: Unopened merchandise with original receipt may be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in excellent resalable condition. Return merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns on internet orders must be prearranged and authorized by store management, failure to do so may result in non-reimbursement. The customer will be responsible for all returns, including shipping costs. Books, carpets, furniture, rest mats and microscopes may not be returned or exchanged. Additional return/exchange policies apply for in-store customer shopping. Please contact the store for more details.
Damages: Any damages incurred during shipping must be noted with courier service upon delivery. Failure to do so may result in non-reimbursement. Damage claims must be reported to store management within 48 hours of delivery. Subsequent claims may not be honored. Customer may request a product replacement or refund once a claim has been accepted by store management. All damage claims must be made in writing to Customer Service. Please include your original order number and full details of the claim when reporting any damages.
Defective Items: We will happily work with you and the manufacturer in getting any replacement items and parts for defective products. Please contact the store for help.
